Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number by email once it ships, where tracking is available.

Delivery estimates. Most US orders arrive 5-21 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination. All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays outside our control. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, and incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses can extend these timelines. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Customs and import duties. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Lost, damaged, or undelivered orders. Contact us at chrisbraud67@outlook.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Items marked delivered but not received should be reported within 7 days.
